NEIGHBORHOOD UPDATE
Current Mail Theft
Please be aware that there have been several recent mail thefts in our neighborhood (reports on Locust Hill Drive and Woody Lane). Outgoing mail has been removed from mailboxes. The USPS has been notified and are aware of the situation and are currently investigating. Apparently this is happening throughout Fairfax County. If you have mail stolen or notice any suspicious activities please make sure you report it to the USPS. Keep track of any checks you may have mailed, as it seems that these are what the thieves are targeting. The Postmaster recommends that for now residents should use the blue drop boxes, or the local USPS branch office for mailing services.
